Derek is the Head of Techlink, where he oversees the Techlink team in the design, presentation, content and structure of the Techlink suite of products.
Derek is also responsible for ensuring that all aspects of Technical Connection service delivery are managed and delivered in line with specified targets and timeframes.
Joined Technical Connection directly from University in January 1997.
